About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead client EPR and digital transformation engagements
- Manage the design and delivery of health-focused, technology-enabled EPR transformation programmes
- Deliver care pathway transformation, implementation planning, programme mobilisation, organisational readiness and optimisation
- Develop insight into client needs across care settings
- Support growth of the Health Enterprise Transformation market
- Evolve tools, methods and assets for EPR and digital health transformation
- Lead engagement economics, risk and issue management
- Ensure high-quality programme and project delivery
- Build trusted relationships with senior health stakeholders
- Expand the network across the healthcare sector and delivery models
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to shape and deliver end-to-end transformation programmes
- Travel to client sites across the UK, with 60% of time spent on client site
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience scoping and delivering EPR transformation programmes within the health or social care sector
- Knowledge of EPR systems and their delivery and implementation, including Oracle Health, Epic and Nervecentre
- Experience in EPR supplier design and implementation methodology, transformation programme management, change and adoption, or transformation communications across multidisciplinary care settings
- Understanding of transformation opportunities and constraints unique to health and social care, including patient safety, quality and outcomes, regulatory requirements and workforce pressures
- Ability to identify and execute opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate EPR delivery
- Ability to develop requirements across process, people, organisation, technology and data, aligned to key vendor methodologies
- Ability to articulate benefits of digital and data technologies in healthcare, including digital care pathways, analytics, interoperability and automation
- Successful track record of leadership in healthcare, from consulting or direct sector experience
- Ability to travel to client sites across the UK; 60% of time spent on client site
