Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience scoping and delivering EPR transformation programmes within the health or social care sector
- Knowledge of EPR systems and their delivery and implementation, including Oracle Health, Epic and Nervecentre
- Experience in EPR supplier design and implementation methodology, transformation programme management, change and adoption, or transformation communications across multidisciplinary care settings
- Understanding of transformation opportunities and constraints unique to health and social care, including patient safety, quality and outcomes, regulatory requirements and workforce pressures
- Ability to identify and execute opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate EPR delivery
- Ability to develop requirements across process, people, organisation, technology and data, aligned to key vendor methodologies
- Ability to articulate benefits of digital and data technologies in healthcare, including digital care pathways, analytics, interoperability and automation
- Successful track record of leadership in healthcare, from consulting or direct sector experience
- Ability to travel to client sites across the UK; 60% of time spent on client site
