About the role

  • Identify potential risks and opportunities through contract review processes
  • Support client interactions by providing insights on contractual terms and conditions
  • Use contractual risk monitoring techniques to enhance compliance
  • Participate in efforts to improve contract management processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year's experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to HCP/HCO contracting, such as the Sunshine Act and Anti-Kickback Statute
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems or similar tools, such as Icertis, Conga, Veeva, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, and DocuSign
  • Experience with standard contract templates, redlining processes, and amendment management
  • Proficiency in contract review and contractual risk mitigation
  • Knowledge of handling confidential information and master agreements
  • Knowledge of the health services industry and advisory roles
  • Knowledge of information security and data protection
  • Correct information security management
