About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead business development activities to identify and research Workday-enabled finance transformation opportunities with new and existing clients
Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges using Workday technologies
Manage and deliver large projects by developing diverse, highly skilled project teams
Assess engagement risks, drive conclusions, and review and challenge team output
Shape and deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations and quality criteria
Support recruitment to grow the team
Train, coach, and supervise team members for continuous organic growth
Develop internal relationships and strengthen the PwC brand
Oversee and work closely with teams of problem solvers to help clients resolve complex business issues from strategy through execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven demonstrable business development and implementation experience in Workday Financials
Preferably experience with large, complex multinational organisations
Expert-level capability and market eminence in Workday Financials
Background in Finance Transformation
Experience driving the growth of a transformation team preferred
Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities across business development, engagement management, project delivery, and team management
Experience working in a complex, multi-capability environment beneficial
Understanding of the drivers and relationships across onshore and offshore teams
Experience building a practice and delivering successful large-scale transformation programmes across multiple countries
Self-motivated and engaging approach
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Evidence of a C-suite-level network
Comfortable consulting with CFOs and CEOs
Willingness to travel up to 60%
Available for work visa sponsorship
