About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing HCPs, HCOs, patients and pharmaceutical stakeholders both pre-and-post engagement, providing high-quality, white-glove interactions
- Addressing external expert onboarding challenges, supporting the issuance of contracts as needed, and facilitating redline requests and escalations
- Handling complex external expert inquiries with a high degree of care and follow through, supporting invoice/payment queries and answering business owner questions
- Supporting client engagement and contributing to risk management projects
- Participating in compliance advisement and oversight to maintain ethical standards and confidentiality
- Reviewing contracts and identifying contractual risks to mitigate potential issues
- Handling confidential information with discretion and adhering to business ethics
- Collaborating with teams to enhance communication and active listening skills
- Engaging in feedback sessions to improve personal growth and adaptability
- Utilizing knowledge of master agreements to support client needs and objectives
- Developing skills in contractual risk mitigation and compliance advisement
- Building meaningful client connections and learning to manage and inspire others
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in life science meetings and events, pharmaceutical, device or healthcare setting working with HCPs, HCOs or patients
- Understanding of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory environment both domestically and internationally
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
