About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- manage a portfolio of people-related cases, providing expert guidance and support on promotions, career progression, and operational people processes
- analyse and report on people data, delivering insights that inform business decisions and workforce planning
- monitor People Function performance against SLAs and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
- own and optimise People Function processes, embedding best practice and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and employee experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- experience managing complex casework and handling sensitive information from a range of stakeholders
- highly data-driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations
- produce high-quality written documentation, including professional letters, reports, and business communications
- understanding of HR processes and experience in applying people policies in a practical business context
- provide clear, confident advice and guidance on people-related matters
- demonstrate excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines
