About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing HCPs, HCOs, patients and pharmaceutical stakeholders both pre-and-post engagement, providing high-quality, white-glove interactions
  • Addressing external expert onboarding challenges, supporting the issuance of contracts as needed, and facilitating redline requests and escalations
  • Handling complex external expert inquiries with a high degree of care and follow through, supporting invoice/payment queries and answering business owner questions
  • Conducting contract reviews and handling confidential information with discretion
  • Supporting client service engagements by providing compliance oversight and advisement
  • Utilizing business ethics to guide decision-making and maintain professional standards
  • Collaborating with teams to enhance compliance processes and mitigate risks
  • Engaging with healthcare clients to understand their compliance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Developing and maintaining master agreements to support client objectives
  • Confirming adherence to compliance standards and industry regulations
  • Facilitating active listening and feedback sessions to improve client relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in life science meetings and events, pharmaceutical, device or healthcare setting working with HCPs, HCOs or patients
  • Understanding of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory environment both domestically and internationally
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
