About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing HCP/HCO contracts from intake through template drafting, redline review, e-signature, amendments, and system of record upload, confirming accuracy, compliance, and timely execution while maintaining high-volume efficiency
- Creating, processing, and executing HCP/HCO contracts using standard system templates
- Reviewing and drafting contracts to support healthcare client engagements confirming all documentation is complete, accurate and compliant
- Monitoring contractual risk and implementing mitigation strategies
- Collaborating with teams to manage master agreements and contractual obligations
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Engaging in contract review processes to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Supporting client interactions by providing insights on contractual terms and conditions
- Utilizing contractual risk monitoring techniques to enhance compliance
- Participating in team efforts to improve contract management processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 year(s) of experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
