About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reviewing payments and transfers of value (ToV) against Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other transparency regulations, and providing accurate, reportable data
  • Tracking, aggregating, and validating HCP/HCO spend data for disclosure in accordance with compliance requirements
  • Partnering with finance, compliance, and reporting teams to confirm complete, accurate, and audit-ready transparency data with fixed deadlines
  • Supporting client engagement by contributing to risk management initiatives within the healthcare sector
  • Developing skills in risk reporting and compliance to enhance client support services
  • Handling confidential information with care and maintaining data integrity
  • Engaging in active listening and intellectual curiosity to understand client needs and challenges
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver quality risk management solutions
  • Utilizing teamwork to address complex risk management scenarios and provide client-focused solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in transparency reporting, ToV data management, finance operations, or compliance analytics
  • Working knowledge of Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other HCP/HCO transparency regulations
  • Experience using transparency reporting systems, financial systems, or data aggregation tools (e.g., SAP, Interactions Hub, Transparency Hub or similar)
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
