Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Observability Platforms (Datadog, Splunk, Grafana/Prometheus/Open telemetry or Dynatrace expertise.)
  • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) (SLO/SLI frameworks, error budgets, and MTTR improvement.)
  • Alert Noise Reduction (Alert correlation, false-positive reduction, and alert fatigue management.)
  • Python & Infrastructure as Code (Automation and self-healing/runbook automation development.)
  • ITSM & ServiceNow ITOM (Ticketing, alerting workflows, and operational data analysis.)
  • At least 6-9 years of experience
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
