About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and operationalise governance frameworks and reporting rhythms that provide executive-ready insights for the Technology Leadership Team and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 professionals to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and high-quality operational reporting.
  • Drive Lean process improvement projects to simplify workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational effectiveness across the Tech Hub.
  • Coordinate key engagement activities, including town halls and leadership forums, while managing the Tech Hub business continuity plan to ensure operational resilience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Senior experience in operational reporting, performance management, governance, or technology business operations.
  • Proven ability to design and embed governance frameworks and performance management disciplines within a complex environment.
  • Strong capability in producing executive-level presentations, committee papers, and reporting packs for senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience leading small teams responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and operational deliverables.
  • Lean process improvement certification or demonstrated equivalent capability in driving process efficiency.
  • Experience supporting business continuity planning and operational readiness processes within a technology or business operations environment.
