About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver impactful Power BI solutions by wireframing dashboards with stakeholders
- Develop intuitive reports, optimising DAX and semantic models
- Champion data visualisation best practice
- Analyse and validate data to ensure reporting accuracy
- Uncover trends and insights, providing meaningful, actionable intelligence
- Turn data into compelling stories, collaborating with stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and governance through robust documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable experience building high-quality, user-focused Power BI reports and dashboards
- DAX skills and an understanding of semantic model design
- experience with Databricks, Workday, or ServiceNow is advantageous
- confident interrogating data, challenging assumptions, identifying insights
- ensuring conclusions are accurate and meaningful before presenting findings
- passionate about creating intuitive, accessible dashboards
- translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives
- enthusiastic about leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- actively supports team development by sharing expertise
- self-motivated and structured, with the ability to manage competing priorities
