Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- CMMI or Six Sigma Certification
- Proficiency in CMMI Level 5 standards
- Experience conducting gap analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with data analysis tools for predictive modeling
- Experience performing audits to identify process challenges
- Ability to collaborate with delivery teams to monitor project progress
- Skills to establish dashboards and metrics for stakeholder review
- Capability to train teams on quality requirements and risk governance
- Identifying improvement opportunities for delivery processes.
