About the role

  • Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of PI Planning across the entire ART and its roles
  • Play a key role in the execution of Program Increments
  • Continuously accompany and support the ART and its roles
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and strengthening of the flow (workflow) in the ART
  • Be responsible for the relentless/continuous improvement of the ART
  • Ensure smooth release and deployment management of software projects
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the release process

Requirements

  • Experience managing large, complex projects in a complex scaled delivery environment
  • The ability to effectively balance team autonomy with dependencies across different teams
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in release and deployment management
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage risks within the project
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and manage expectations
  • The ability to guide and support the organization's agile transformation efforts
  • University degree and are fluent in German and English
  • 2+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or in a similar leadership role in a scaled agile environment
  • A strong understanding of various agile methodologies and the ability to adapt your approach to different contexts
