About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a key escalation point and subject matter expert for regulatory and mandatory training matters
Act as the primary escalation handler for training breaches, exceptions, and anomalies
Maintain expert knowledge of ARQ requirements and XLoS mandatory training programmes
Partner with Course Managers to drive improvements in tutor sourcing, accreditation, and engagement
