About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborating with team members to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand enhancement
- Managing brand campaigns to promote the firm's services and increase visibility
- Utilizing digital marketing strategies to engage clients and capture new business opportunities
- Implementing brand activation plans to enhance and protect the company's brand image
- Analyzing competitive landscapes to inform brand strategy and promotional efforts
- Supporting the development of content for corporate media and external communications
- Engaging in stakeholder management to align brand objectives with business goals
- Applying project management skills to coordinate marketing operations and resources
- Gathering and interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for brand management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Full time graduation or the equivalent degree
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in workflow coordination, project coordination, operations support, creative services coordination, resource planning, or request management.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Good working knowledge of SNow or similar request management / workflow management tools.
- Comfortable using MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to review project requests and understand service requirements.
- Ability to assess request timelines based on predefined benchmark timings.
- Understanding of creative service categories such as Design, Digital, and Video & Animation will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage common mailboxes and maintain timely communication.
- Good understanding of workflow coordination, capacity checking, and resource allocation processes.
