About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing change management strategies to guide clients through transformation challenges
- Conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to create engagement plans
- Designing and implementing communication strategies to drive awareness and stakeholder engagement
- Identifying training needs and crafting comprehensive training plans using advanced instructional design techniques
- Creating personas and journey maps to tailor change management approaches
- Establishing key performance indicators to evaluate the success of change initiatives
- Engaging with stakeholders to enhance their understanding and commitment to change management plans
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process analysis to optimize organizational structures
- Collaborating with teams to deliver client solutions and support organizational development
- Staying informed on trends and advancements in organizational change management
- Contributing to proposal development with innovative approaches and methodologies
- Leveraging GenAI tools to enhance productivity and delivery quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- MBA or master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields of study (preferably from premier B-Schools).
- 4-8 years of prior relevant work experience
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
