About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and support finance transformation, data migration, ERP/EPM implementation, and process improvement engagements by combining finance expertise with technology solutions.
Manage engagement delivery by defining scope, mitigating risks, preparing high-quality deliverables, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Contribute to business development, knowledge sharing, recruitment, and people development through proposal support, thought leadership, coaching, and team collaboration.
Leading financial data analysis and architecture projects to support client financial operations.
Developing and implementing financial strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting techniques to provide insights and recommendations.
Managing financial reporting and statement preparation to support decision-making processes.
Overseeing financial internal controls and compliance to maintain data integrity and security.
Collaborating with teams to drive financial services operations and optimize resource allocation.
Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development.
Engaging in strategic questioning and analytical thinking to address complex financial challenges.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand and meet their financial needs.
Embracing change and innovation to continuously improve financial systems and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–12 years of professional experience in management consulting, EPM implementation, finance transformation, or financial services domains such as banking, insurance, asset management, or wealth management.
Strong experience in financial data modelling, dimensional data modelling, and designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with finance, risk, business rules, and data governance standards.
Experience working with enterprise cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or MS Azure, including data staging, normalization, transformation, and integration with ERP/EPM tools.
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant
Oral and written proficiency in English required.
