About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a professional in the Supply Chain and Procurement team, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to:
  • Define and execute future-ready supply chain and procurement strategies and target operating models across people, process, technology, and data.
  • Improve end-to-end operational processes and commercial excellence (e.g. buying and merchandising, Demand to Pay etc) to reduce costs, boost organisational efficiency, control, and business impact.
  • Design, implement and optimise digital supply chain, merchandise and procurement technologies.
  • Lead large-scale transformation programs, collaborating cross-functionally and with client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct analysis, develop insights, and produce high-quality deliverables (e.g., reports, models, roadmaps); contribute to proposals and thought leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A consulting background with experience delivering projects and transformation.
  • Expertise in defining and executing supply chain and procurement strategy, operating model design and improvement, end-to-end technology transformation, and commercial and process excellence.
  • Advisory or hands-on experience with supply chain, merchandising or procurement technologies, and an interest or experience working with AI.
  • Strong curiosity , analytical and structured problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and translate insights into practical outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
  • Ability to challenge , be adaptable and confident in navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience working in at least one of the following industries: FMCG & retail, energy, utilities & resources.
  • A degree and relevant professional qualifications are highly regarded.
