About the role
- Oversee project selection, prioritisation, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline.
- Leverage strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality.
- Responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

Requirements
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Years
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma
- Proven experience in project planning, resource management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to solving problems and making informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in negotiating with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders. Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
