About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality solutions using a configuration-first approach
- Design and develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and working solutions
- Build integrations, automation, and data models to support end-to-end service workflows
- Collaborate within cross-functional delivery teams in an agile consulting environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience with software development
- 1+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Administrator
- Strong experience with: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce
- Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and diverse delivery teams
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in healthcare, public sector, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with integration patterns and external systems common in enterprise environments
