About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and operational stakeholders
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional requirements
- Collaborate closely with developers and UX consultants to shape end-to-end solutions
- Configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools to support business workflows
- Support testing, validation, planning and change management activities
- Maintain traceability artifacts that support delivery governance
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and delivery best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform (analysis and/or configuration)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with Salesforce data models and workflow configuration
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, App Builder or Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in healthcare, public sector, or human services contexts
- Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, or regulated operating environments
- Comfortable using AI with clear expectation of human review
- Security Clearance is mandatory for this role
