About the role
- Leading or supporting CLM solution implementations across industries
- Gathering and analyzing client requirements with legal, procurement, IT, and business teams
- Translating business needs into technical/functional solutions
- Configuring CLM platforms and supporting custom development
- Supporting testing, training, change management, and go-live
- Providing ongoing enhancements and best-practice recommendations
Requirements
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle stages (request to renewal)
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and process mapping
- Familiarity with procurement, sales, or legal contracting challenges
- Skills in workshops, user stories, or BRDs
- Hands-on experience with at least one major CLM or related platform
- Experience with configuration, workflows, clause libraries, and metadata modeling
- Nice to have: Data migration, integrations (ERP/CRM), and reporting tools
- Tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, or Power BI
- Degree in Business, IS, Economics, or related field
- Certifications in CLM platforms, PMP, Agile, or Scrum
