Key responsibilities & impact

Managing team member assignments, operational metrics, and service level agreements while providing guidance and oversight
Confirming compliance with regulatory and company standards while driving operational excellence
Supporting the effective coordination of all engagement across any of the assigned functional teams
Guiding teams in the strategic planning of engagements
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to address compliance challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience in HCP engagement operations, compliance, or pharmaceutical industry support
Prior experience managing a team or leading operational processes
Understanding of HCP compliance requirements (FMV, Sunshine Act, etc.)
Oral and written proficiency in English required
