About the role
- Serve as SAP S4 product owner and lead finance data governance within PwC's Controller Operations
- Act as a strategic advisor to drive project success, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and manage system/process improvements
- Define product vision and strategy for S4 SAP System and prioritize features based on business impact and ROI
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and IT teams and facilitate agile ceremonies for product development
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and maintain compliance with regulations
- Foster a culture of agility and innovation, coach teams, and model professional and technical standards
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 6 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with SAP S4Hana
- Experience in finance data governance
- Product ownership/product management experience
- Experience defining product vision and strategy for S4 SAP System
- Experience prioritizing features based on business impact and ROI
- Experience managing cross-functional and system process improvements
- Experience working with PMO on change management strategies
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies for product development
- Ability to act as liaison between stakeholders and IT teams
- Experience analyzing financial performance metrics
- Knowledge of compliance with internal and external financial regulations
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
