Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development and execution of strategic marketing and sales technology initiatives to drive business growth
Utilize marketing automation software and Salesforce CRM Analytics to improve employee experiences
Guide teams in selecting, deploying, and administering software supporting marketing, sales, and communications functions
Analyze market trends and data quality metrics to identify opportunities for business expansion
Coach and mentor team members to leverage their strengths
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote firm's services
Confirm data validation and quality assessment to support informed decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience
Hands-on experience with Adobe MarTech platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager, CDPs, marketing automation technologies, Adobe Data Collection, data layers, analytics instrumentation, and Web SDK exposure
Frontend and enterprise CMS/DXP implementation experience, including modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, DOM manipulation, event handling, client-side debugging, AEM component-level implementation, templates, content structures, and authoring impacts
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM Analytics
Utilizing marketing automation software for strategic planning
Implementing process optimization and technology solutions
Leading project management with a focus on profitable growth
Mentoring teams in data quality assessment and validation
