About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Automation of business processes leveraging various IDP tools (mostly Hypatos)
- Usage of other types of code within automations (JSONata, SQL, etc.)
- Crafting advanced prompts to optimize Intelligent Document Processing workflows and improve automation outcomes
- Handling, processing and analyzing large datasets ensuring data accuracy and efficiency
- Infrastructure set up for automation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with at least one major IDP tool (preferably Hypatos)
- Good knowledge of one of a major RPA Platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate)
- Basic experience with programming languages
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts with a strong grasp of prompting (preferably with GPT)
- Previous experience with OCR or document understanding technologies
- Experience with using and integrating APIs
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize workflows and troubleshoot issues
- Business and process analysis skills, including estimation of development timelines
- Proper communication and escalation skills
- Good command of the English, German and Polish languages
- Enthusiastic and have proactive attitude.
- Nice to have: Experience with JSONata, Python, JavaScript or other programming languages
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP
- Understanding of Transactional business processes (AP, AR, Order Management, etc.)
- Good command of German.
