About the role

  • Conduct financial and ESG audits ensuring compliance with CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, and other reporting standards
  • Develop expertise in sustainability frameworks, mapping dependencies, identifying bottlenecks, and escalating issues to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG assurance into financial audits and provide strategic recommendations
  • Assist non-audit clients in designing and implementing templates, policies, and controls for sustainability reporting
  • Analyse ESG metrics such as carbon emissions, climate risks, and safety incidents and provide actionable insights
  • Independently manage projects, create detailed reports, and present findings to clients
  • Stay updated with latest research and developments in sustainability practices and drive innovation in client solutions
  • Embrace change and demonstrate resilience in adapting to new frameworks, technologies, and client needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field
  • Background in financial auditing (experience in ESG assurance is a plus)
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace ongoing learning
  • Progress in ACCA or other internationally recognized certifications is an advantage
