About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support HR Transformation projects by assisting in reviewing current HR processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Work closely with team members and clients to help improve and streamline HR operations
- Assist in different stages of HR Transformation projects, from preparing materials to supporting implementation activities
- Collect, organise, and analyse HR data to support the team in creating insights and recommendations
- Contribute to the preparation of client presentations and project documentation
- Develop your skills through participation in projects, trainings, and learning opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of professional experience in HR operating model setup or transformation
- Experience in HR SSC set up
- Functional HR experience with proven consulting expertise
- Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing and interpreting various HR data sets
- Exposure to additional functions like procurement, supply chain, FP&A, IT is a plus, but not a primary requirement
- The ability to adapt, take initiative, and demonstrate ownership in managing tasks and solving problems
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint as evidence of consulting proficiency
- Knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation)
- Fluency in English and a willingness to travel within Europe and potentially globally.
