- Innovative problem-solving skills and excellent written, briefing, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and audit requirements.
- Knowledge of patient care databases and financial and administrative database applications.
- Prioritizing workloads, meeting deadlines, managing several broad-scope projects at one time, and utilizing time effectively for staff and self.
- Interpersonal skills in dealing effectively with diverse skill sets and personalities.
