About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides day-to-day operational support and maintenance for Clinical Applications
- Works under direct supervision with clear, structured tasks focused on break/fix resolution
- Monitors system performance, triages incoming issues, and applies standard fixes
- Collaborates with clinical end-users and IT teams to ensure system stability
Requirements
What you’ll need- English fluency required (written and verbal)
- 0-2 years of experience in software development
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with HL7 and APIs
- Understanding of Claims/billing workflows
- Familiarity with End-to-end data flow ownership
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clinical staff
