About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides day-to-day operational support for Clinical Applications
- Monitors system performance and triages incoming issues
- Collaborates with clinical end-users and IT teams
- Performs routine configuration changes and maintenance updates
- Participates in validation testing of configuration changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate level role
- Knowledge of PACS, RIS Workflows
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows
- English fluency required (written and verbal)
