About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides day-to-day operational support and maintenance for Clinical Applications
- Works under supervision on break/fix resolution and ticket management
- Monitors system performance and troubleshoots incoming issues
- Collaborates with clinical end-users and IT teams
- Performs routine configuration changes and maintenance updates
- Participates in validation testing of configuration changes
- Provides front-line support and training to end-users
- Maintains operational documentation and collaborates with teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Clinical Applications Integration Engineer
- Proficiency in HL7
- Experience with Interface engine scripting
- Skill in JavaScript and XSLT
- Knowledge of Integration protocols
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows
- Familiarity with healthcare operations
