About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manages break/fix resolution, configuration changes, and ongoing system maintenance for Clinical Applications.

- Supports upgrade and patch cycles, collaborates across application teams, and begins mentoring associates on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
- Develops and maintains knowledge base articles, user guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Integration and Interoperability (HL7, DICOM, REST APIs)
- Solid knowledge of healthcare processes and workflows supported by Clinical Applications
- English fluency required (written and verbal)
