About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support account managers with daily accounting tasks for a variety of SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises).
- Learn how to manage a client file from A to Z — from booking invoices and bank statements to preparing VAT returns, annual accounts, and closing reports.
- Get familiar with multiple accounting tools like ExactOnline and Silverfin, and learn how digital solutions make accounting easier.
- Grow your ability to give smart, practical advice to clients — tailored to their business.
- Work in a team that values collaboration, learning, and helping each other grow.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You’re studying for or just finished a bachelor’s in accountancy, taxation or finance, or a master’s in business administration with an accounting focus.
- You’re graduating this year or have up to 2 years of experience.
- You’re confident using Microsoft 365 (Office) — and any experience with accounting software is a big plus.
- You’re responsible, organised, and can work independently.
- You’re dynamic, flexible, and professional — with a genuine interest in helping businesses.
- You’re familiar with AI and prompting.
- You’re fluent in Dutch, and feel comfortable in English.
