Key responsibilities & impact

Analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support
Responsible for installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products
Coach, motivate, develop and inspire team members
Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning and execution
Collaborate with team leadership to ensure ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
Engage in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders

What you’ll need

8–10 years of overall experience in SAP environments
Strong focus on Enterprise Asset Management (SAP EAM / SAP PM)
3–5 years of experience working in SAP EAM data analysis, reporting, or analytics roles
Proven experience leading teams or workstreams as a Manager
Solid background handling large SAP data sets related to assets, maintenance, lifecycle management, and operational performance
Strong expertise in SAP EAM (SAP PM) data structures
Experience supporting Digital Core Modernization and SAP S/4HANA programs
Proficiency working with analytics and reporting tools such as SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud
Ability to translate business and operational requirements into data insights, KPIs, and dashboards related to asset performance
Proven leadership skills to manage and mentor SAP EAM data analysts
