About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead workstreams on client engagements, focused on assessing, designing, and improving planning processes across demand, supply planning, S&OP and inventory management
  • Partner with client leadership to define transformation vision, roadmap, and success metrics for planning modernization programs.
  • Design planning operating models, including roles, governance frameworks, planning cycles, and performance management processes.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements for APS capabilities of Kinaxis, ensuring alignment with overall transformation goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to define business requirements, identify process gaps, and co-develop planning blueprints with client teams.
  • Guide clients on technical feasibility, solution options, and configuration trade-offs, bridging functional requirements with technical constraints.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal creation, client presentations, and thought leadership on digital planning transformation.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members on planning processes, transformation delivery, and client engagement best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MBA / MTech or a master’s degree in a related field
  • Certifications in any Kinaxis supply chain planning modules
  • Deep functional expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand and Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
  • 3+ years of implementing multiple Kinaxis based transformations and a strong understanding of technical capabilities
  • Experience leading S&OP / IBP process design or transformation projects in a consulting or industry context.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into planning strategies, frameworks, and processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage client engagements effectively.
