About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the Chief Commercial Technology Officer to translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans and execution roadmaps
  • Lead the delivery of key commercial technology initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects across commercial technology, coordinating activities, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to drive alignment and successful execution.
  • Develop and maintain core project management deliverables, including project plans, timelines, status updates, risk logs, and governance materials.
  • Facilitate project meetings, track actions and decisions, and proactively manage risks, issues, and blockers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support prioritisation of initiatives and help sequence work in line with strategic goals, team capacity, and organisational readiness.
  • Drive effective communication across stakeholders, providing clear updates to leadership on progress, milestones, risks, and key decisions.
  • Support change management and implementation activities, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and user adoption.
  • Monitor project performance, resource needs, and vendor deliverables to ensure efficient execution and strong delivery outcomes.
  • Continuously improve project management practices, tools, and reporting to enhance visibility, accountability, and execution across the commercial technology function.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven project management experience delivering complex, multi-discipline programs; ideally with experience in client delivery and/or a professional services firm environment
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse internal teams and senior leaders effectively.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Comfort working across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting governance, reporting, risk management, and project delivery best practices.
