About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and configure Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud environments to support PMO services
- Support and lead Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud migration initiatives
- Design and maintain complex workflows, permission schemes, issue security schemes
- Implement Atlassian Access controls
- Develop automation rules
- Integrate Jira Cloud with enterprise systems
- Apply scripting knowledge
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- 4+ years of experience
- Atlassian Certified Professional (Cloud) preferred
- Administer and configure Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence Cloud environments
- Support and/or lead Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud migration initiatives
- Configure and optimize Jira Service Management (JSM) aligned to ITIL principles
- Develop advanced automation rules, complex JQL queries, and executive dashboards
- Collaborate with Atlassian Cloud Support to maintain system reliability and performance
