PwC. About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Day to day project work on live transactions, business development activities, financial modelling and analysis of transactions, commercial due diligence and economic feasibility analysis, performing valuations, returns analysis, preparation of client deliverables, industry / company specific research, project options appraisal
- Learning of technical skills to assist in the work we do, for example, in financial modelling and valuations.
- Training and leading staff.
- Contributing to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.
- Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
- Establishing effective working relationships directly with clients.
- Continuing to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
- Keeping up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
- Being actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must possess a ACA Qualification (or an international equivalent)
- Wide range of client experience and a passion for client collaboration, with an interest in the TMT space
- Experience of writing reports.
- Highly proficient Excel and modelling skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Agile working style with strong team-working skills.
- Strong time management skills under tight deadlines
- High ambition coupled with the ability to deliver and to work effectively in teams
- Ability to grasp complex commercial issues quickly.
