About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, qualify, and pursue new Cyber Managed Services opportunities across priority sectors and accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.
- Lead complex sales cycles from early engagement through to contract signature.
- Develop compelling value propositions aligned to client risk, regulatory, and operational priorities.
- Shape client‑centric managed service solutions in collaboration with service delivery and engineering teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, COOs, CFOs, and CROs.
- Contribute to the evolution of PwC’s Cyber Managed Services offerings and go‑to‑market strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in business development, pre‑sales, or solution consulting within cyber security, managed services, or technology‑enabled services.
- Strong understanding of Managed Detection & Response (MDR), SOC services, XDR ecosystems, or managed security platforms.
- Experience shaping and selling services aligned to platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel/Defender, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Cortex, or Google SecOps.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing and deal structuring.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging C‑suite clients.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
