About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consulting services across various SAP applications to clients
- Analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning and execution
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Assist in the management of a portfolio of clients
- Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
- Train, coach, and supervise staff to recognize their strengths
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10-16 years of experience in SD module
- SAP Certification on SD Module and S/4 HANA
- Extensive Knowledge on LMD/DSD presales and vansales scenarios
- Good Experience in Stakeholders management
- Experience in working multi vendor setup and leading the discussion with client stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA functionalities
- Excellent English communication skills
- Thorough understanding of business process – Make To Order (MTO), Make To Stock (MTS), Consignment, Third Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Rebates, Credit Management, Billing Plans, Shipment etc.
- Experience in ABAP debugging to facilitate reverse engineering
- Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management
- Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC
