About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consulting services across various SAP applications to clients
- Analyse client needs and implement software solutions
- Provide training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications
- Assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives
- Build meaningful client connections and manage and inspire teams
- Anticipate the needs of teams and clients, and deliver quality solutions
- Embrace increased ambiguity and ask questions to foster growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Good configuration knowledge of PS structures: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Material Requirement Planning, Project quotation, Time sheets, Goods issues, and other project management activities in SAP PS.
- Experience on complete PS module cycle from project creation to settlement.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, and monitoring
- Good configuration knowledge of PS structures- WBS, standard structures, user status profiles and Master Data integration knowledge with CO, FI and MM, SD and PP.
- Must be proficient in handling Issues/support functions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PS solutions
- Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and implement technical components accordingly.
- Ability to create Functional Design Documents (FSD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented.
- Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a consultant and play a role of team lead.
- In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP Support project.
- Unit Testing, Integration Testing User Support activities
- Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
- Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client
