About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • advise clients on optimizing their consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes
  • help design performance measurements tools as well as implement solutions in leading EPM tools
  • conduct organizational diagnostics on financial processes
  • define business requirements for acquisition and application configuration (EPM)
  • establish credibility with existing and new clients by demonstrating subject matter expertise
  • lead or participate in organizational diagnostics on financial processes
  • support the engagement director/partner in managing engagement risk and project economics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7-12 years of professional experience (a combination of industry, management consulting and/or software implementation)
  • Hands on experience designing, building and testing leading EPM applications such as OneStream, Oracle EPM or SAP EPM
  • Working expertise or understanding in the areas of; Performance Management - executive dashboards management reporting, planning, budgeting & forecasting, analytics & decision support
  • Record-to-Report – financial close, consolidation, financial reporting, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Payroll
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams
