About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand customer Payroll, Time tracking, Absence and broader business requirements and how they align to Workday functionality
- Plan and design the best and most optimal solution for the client
- Lead the configuration of the designed Workday solution to meet the customers’ Payroll, Time tracking, Absence related and broader business requirements
- Participate in sales cycles in estimating project costs and efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4 Full Implementation cycles and technical support experience for an HCM / Payroll Management Solution
- Demonstrated experience in Payroll, Time tracking and Absence in a Consulting role
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
- Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills
