About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance for Clinical Applications
- Works under direct supervision on routine configuration changes and ticket management
- Monitors system performance and triages incoming issues
- Collaborates with clinical end-users and IT teams
- Participates in validation testing of configuration changes
- Provides front-line support to end-users by responding to tickets and troubleshooting basic issues
- Maintains and updates operational runbooks and known-issue logs
- Participates in structured shift handoffs with US-based teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with PACS and RIS workflows
- Understanding of Radiology QA and Analytics
- Occasional on-call and weekend rotations required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
