About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage break/fix resolution, configuration changes, and ongoing system maintenance for Clinical Applications.
  • Handle moderately complex tickets and service requests, perform root cause analysis, and implement approved fixes.
  • Support upgrade and patch cycles, collaborate across application teams, and begin mentoring associates on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on system changes and known issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
