Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manages break/fix resolution, configuration changes, and ongoing system maintenance for Clinical Applications.
  • Performs root cause analysis, implements approved fixes, and supports upgrade cycles.
  • Provides training and ongoing support to end-users on system changes and known issues.
  • Develops knowledge base articles, user guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Collaborates across application teams for cross-team visibility on configuration changes and known issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Clinical Applications support
  • Knowledge of Oncology (Varian ARIA) OR dialysis OR specialty clinics
  • Understanding of clinical workflows
  • Vendor coordination skills
  • Familiarity with SQL (light)
