About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage break/fix resolution, configuration changes, and ongoing system maintenance for Clinical Applications.
- Support upgrade and patch cycles, collaborating across application teams.
- Develop and maintain user guides and troubleshooting documentation for end-users.
- Conduct functional and regression testing for configuration changes and patches.
- Validate system stability after maintenance windows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of integration and interoperability standards (HL7, DICOM, REST APIs)
- Experience with Clinical Applications and system configuration
- Ability to manage break/fix resolution and system maintenance
- Mentoring skills for training associates on operational procedures
- Proficient in analytical thinking and root cause analysis
