About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manages break/fix resolution, configuration changes, and ongoing system maintenance for Clinical Applications.
- Handles moderately complex tickets and service requests, performs root cause analysis, and implements approved fixes.
- Supports upgrade and patch cycles, collaborates across application teams, and begins mentoring associates on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
- Develops and maintains knowledge base articles, user guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Produces clear async documentation including ticket summaries and next-step recommendations for cross-timezone continuity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- English fluency required (written and verbal)
- Solid knowledge of healthcare processes and workflows supported by Clinical Applications.
- Understands how system maintenance and configuration changes impact inpatient, ambulatory, and scheduling workflows.
- Occasional on-call and weekend rotations required.
- Intermediate proficiency in Clinical Application tools (e.g., Chronicles, Hyperspace, Reporting Workbench).
