About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversees managed services operations for selected Clinical Applications, including break/fix support, configuration maintenance, and system stability.
- Serves as liaison between clinical/business users and IT.
- Leads and mentors a team of senior and junior application analysts.
- Manages team workloads, ensures SLA adherence and project timelines, drives operational planning, and liaises with other PwC and Client teams.
- Identifies and escalates potential systemic issues to leadership.
- Oversees complex configuration changes and maintenance activities across Clinical Applications.
- Serves as escalation point for critical troubleshooting; drives system testing strategy for upgrades and patches.
- Manages end-user support and training programs, ensuring adoption and alignment with enterprise needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expert-level healthcare knowledge with ability to align Clinical Application support capabilities to clinical and operational strategies.
- Advanced technical and analytical expertise; shapes Clinical Application support strategy and optimization roadmap.
- Expert in Clinical Application architecture, integration, and upgrades.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Must have experience leading teams and managing workloads.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
